FINANCE
OPERATIONS
The finance department are the part of Queen Mary Formula Student that manages its money. The business functions of a finance department typically include planning, organising, auditing, accounting for and controlling its company's finances. The finance department also usually produces the society’s financial statements. Some of the tasks in Finance include:
Filling cost reports sheets between the student team and the SU
Processing and tracking of society payments and purchases
Doing budget analysis of Formula Student accounts
Obtaining and managing invoices
Track the companies financial status and performance to identify areas for potential performance
Review financial data and prepare reports
